Who is responsible

n2owl.com is the personal website of Bartek Churski (n2owl), Toruń, Poland. I am the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: [email protected].

The contact form („got an idea?")

If you choose to write to me through the form, I receive: the name you give (up to 80 characters), your message or contact details (up to 600 characters), the language you picked, which page you wrote from, the time, and the country your connection comes from (worked out by Cloudflare from your IP address).

I use this only to read your message and get back to you. The legal basis is your request — replying to you, and talking about anything you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — and my legitimate interest in answering people who contact me (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Giving these details is voluntary; without a way to reach you, I simply can't reply.

Messages are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. To stop spam, your IP address is held for up to 10 minutes to count how many messages it sends; it is not stored with your message.

Hosting and who else sees the data

The site and the form run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which stores the messages for me as my processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area; where it does, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Like any web host, Cloudflare may briefly keep technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations. Nobody else receives your message, and I do not sell or share it.

Cookies and your browser

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The full site remembers two small choices in your browser's local storage — the display mode and the language you picked — so the page looks the same next time, and keeps one short-lived flag in session storage so a page change can animate; it disappears when you close the tab. None of this leaves your device. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable form, and you can object to its use — write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Links and connected tools

This site links to external platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest). Those sites have their own privacy policies; this policy does not cover them.

Tools connected to this domain (for example, platform APIs used for analytics of my own accounts) access only my own account data — never data about visitors of this site or any third party.

Polityka prywatności

Kto odpowiada za dane

n2owl.com to osobista strona Bartka Churskiego (n2owl), Toruń. Jestem administratorem danych opisanych poniżej. Kontakt: [email protected].

Używam tych danych wyłącznie, żeby przeczytać wiadomość i odpowiedzieć.

Hosting i kto widzi dane

Ciasteczka i przeglądarka

Masz też prawo wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Linki i podłączone narzędzia

Strona zawiera linki do zewnętrznych platform (np.

API platform do analityki moich własnych kont) mają dostęp wyłącznie do danych moich kont — nigdy do danych osób odwiedzających stronę ani innych osób.
